Western Lifestyle
Western lifestyle photography isn't about dressing up a life for the camera. It's about photographing the life that's already there. Horses at home, families on the farm, ranch work, dusty boots, quiet connections and the everyday places that become part of a family's story. Based in northern Saskatchewan and available to travel, I photograph western and rural lifestyle sessions with a natural, relaxed approach — keeping the people, horses, landscape and details true to the way they really looked and felt.
Arena Action
Years of dust on my boots and light in my lens. I photograph horse shows and western events across Saskatchewan, with experience covering cutting, barrel racing, reining, mounted shooting, rodeo and other equine competition. Knowing the sport matters behind the camera — where the action is likely to happen, when to be ready and when the best photograph may be happening away from the centre of the arena. My event coverage combines hard-running action with the quieter moments along the rail, at the trailer and behind the scenes, creating a fuller story of the people and horses who make the event happen.
Family Legacy
Some photographs become more valuable simply because time passes.
